This Summer welcomes a new concept for UK HARP, our first Sports HARP Workshop!

Each morning will commence with a schedule similar to that of a HARP workshop, with the afternoon packed with sports and activities!

There are many ways that we can connect to God and one another, building team work and determination, testing our own limits, but also the beauty of team work and cooperation!

Dates:  August 7th – August 12th 2016.

Fee: £110 for the first participant, and £100 for subsequent siblings.

Age: 11-18 (HARP age)

Things to bring: (please label all personal belongings)

-Workshop fee

-Signed Code of Conduct (Participants often forget this crucial part, so please ensure that this is printed, signed and taken with them! Access the Code of Conduct here.)

-Sleeping Bag

-Sports clothes that you do not mind getting dirty – as we will be having a lot of sports please bring enough clothing.

-Sports shoes (shoes may get wet so it’s worth bringing a spare pair)

-Slippers for indoors: This is very important, as the floors get incredibly dirty, which means socks and feet get very grubby, wet and cold.

-Alarm clock: As we ask that you hand in mobile phones or leave them at home, you may need an alarm clock to ensure you wake up on time!

-Notebook and pens

-An open mind and heart!

Please leave video games consoles and mobile phones etc at home. If you do choose to bring them, please hand them in upon registration. They will be given back to you after the workshop; this is so that we can be free of distraction during the workshop, & able to fully participate.

-Pocket Money (we will have a tuck shop)

-Games that can be played in a short space of time, such as banana grams, SET, Dobble etc

Arrival/Departure times:

The workshop commences with dinner at 6pm on August 7th, and ends after lunch on August 12th. Parents are more than welcome to attend the graduation on the 12th from around 11am.

Travel: If you require pick up from Chippenham,Trowbridge or Melksham, then please inform us no later than the 20th March and we can arrange a lift.

Mobile phone connection is bad at Cleeve House so it is imperative that you make arrangements if you need a pick up well beforehand, and that you let us know in advance to avoid getting stranded!
